Insulation materials The thermal insulation of industrial equipment and pipelines, the use of thermal insulation measures and material aerogel was first applied to the space suit thermal insulation lining developed by the National Space Administration. Its thermal conductivity at room temperature is 0.018W/(K·m) and it is absolutely waterproof, and its thermal insulation performance is 3-8 times that of traditional materials.

Calcium silicate thermal insulation products were successfully developed in China in the 1970s. They have the characteristics of high compressive strength, low thermal conductivity, convenient construction and repeated use. They are widely used in power systems.

Most of the products in China are produced by small workshops. After that, four production lines were successively introduced from the United States. The technology is advanced, instant-dissolving and quick-twisting into fibers, and dry-process needle-punched felt, with stable quality and temperature resistance of 800-1250°C.

Features: The acidity derivative is above 2.0, high temperature resistance, generally chemical pipelines are more than 1000°C, this material must be used, and the melting temperature is around 2000°C.

The main products are polystyrene foam and polyurethane foam, but there are problems in the construction field. It is mostly used for steel mesh sandwich panels and color steel plate composite sandwich panels. Although there are certain limitations, the development is relatively fast. With the increasingly strict requirements on materials for building fire protection, a new topic is put forward for the application of this material.

The thermal insulation material can collect excess heat and release it smoothly in a timely manner. The gradient change is small, which effectively reduces the loss. In the decoration of new buildings and the renovation of old buildings, it can overcome the congenital defects such as wall cracks, condensation, mildew, and peeling; and it is safe and reliable to bond with the substrate as a whole, with good randomness and no cavity, avoiding negative wind pressure tearing and fall off. It can effectively overcome the problems of the rib on the back of the board and the warped and deformed surface tiles of the outer corner. The organic matter in the material reacts with the free acid existing in the base of the main wall to form a compound, which penetrates into the micro-pores of the main wall to form a community, ensures the dry state adhesion, and improves the wet state adhesion value retention rate, with excellent adhesion. The selection of raw materials such as floating beads and brucite fibers (tubular fibers) forms a closed hydrophobic micro-porous cavity structure in its structure, which is used as the carrier of the phase change material to ensure the long-term practicability of the phase change material.
